Your account

Use your real name and a phone number we can reach. Keep your password to yourself; bookings made from your account are your responsibility.

Booking requests

• A request is not a booking until the salon confirms it. We may suggest other times, and you choose one.
• Online requests are for tomorrow onwards. For the same day, please call or message us on WhatsApp.

Prices and offers

Prices are in Omani rials. A price marked “from” depends on the service, for example hair length. Offers apply as shown and are not combined unless they say so. You pay at the salon.

Changing or cancelling

You can cancel in the app or on the website up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that, please call us. Repeated missed appointments may limit online booking.

Who does your service

Your service may be done by the owner or a member of her team.

Your health

Please tell us about allergies, sensitivities or health conditions before your appointment.

The service

We work to keep the website and apps available and correct, but cannot promise they will never be interrupted.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that misuses the service.
